Fructans and me

We're not friends :( Even a lil bit fuks me up.

Lately ...

Not sure if I even have hope of being able to digest fructans more easily. I'll start with something else!

    Although ...
  • I can eat half a pizza with some garlic on it (specific amount unknown)
  • There's some tasty foods I'd like to eat, as they contain fructans & other FODMAP
  • There's garlic and onion nearly in everything.

It would be great to not be scared of oignon anymore :<
