Fiber and me
I take extra fiber every day. It's ground psyllium husks, I take one ~measurement spoon~ each day. I've been using it perhaps few years now.
Lately ...
I've been thinking of raising the dosage.
- Because ..
- A nurse recommended me to try doing so
- I consistenly drink ~2L of water every day (important)
- I started an iron supplement, and maybe it's making my stool soft?
Extra fiber would certainly help my stool to become better consistency again. It's not too bad, but I recently realised that hmm - maybe I ought to do something about it.
I have been on the fence about it, though, due to 1) being busy as FUCK boii, 2) what if I one day don't drink enough water? Tough times make tough people and tough to poo goddangit
